Life on the coast turned out to be completely different—the sun, the ocean, and the calm rhythm were new and unusual for us. In Ukraine, we were engaged in intellectual work: Alex was a project manager, and Maria worked in public procurement. However, since childhood, we both loved working with our hands. Alex was always building or creating something, and I, Maria, had a passion for design and sewing. So, when we found ourselves surrounded by water and boats, the idea of upholstering and restoring boats came to us naturally. At first, it wasn't easy—new conditions, a different market. But with each project, we put not only our skills into the work but also a piece of our soul.
